Refund and cancellation policy
Joining Godly Matrimony is free. This page is about Premium, our paid plan.

How Premium works
- Premium is bought for a fixed period (for example 3 or 6 months). It doesn’t renew automatically, so there’s nothing to cancel.
- Online payments start Premium straight away. UPI and bank transfers start once our team has matched your payment, usually within one working day.
When we refund in full
- You paid twice for the same thing, or paid the wrong amount by mistake.
- You paid but Premium never started, and we can’t fix it.
- You ask within 7 days of paying and haven’t used Premium-only features.
Other situations
If you found your partner, or need to stop for another reason, write to us. We look at each request with care. Premium isn’t refunded for time already used, or if an account is closed for breaking our terms.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid (card, UPI or bank account) within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Once refunded, the Premium it bought ends.
Ask for a refund
Email our support team from your account’s email address with your payment reference (it starts with GM, for example GM7K3Q9P).
