Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Godly Matrimony. By creating an account you accept them.
Draft for review. This policy has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and will be finalised before public launch.
Who may use Godly Matrimony
- You must be at least 18, of legal age to marry where you live, legally free to marry, and seeking marriage in good faith.
- Each profile represents one real person seeking marriage. A profile created by family needs the candidate’s knowledge and consent, and the candidate can claim it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share, and for keeping your password safe.
Respectful conduct
Harassment, deception, asking for money or gifts, sharing another member’s details outside the site, and any commercial use are not allowed. See our community guidelines. We may hide content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our role
- We provide recommendations and tools to help you make your own decisions. We don’t guarantee any match, and we never tell anyone whom to marry.
- We verify email addresses and mobile numbers, but we can’t verify everything members say about themselves. Take sensible care, involve your family, and meet in public.
- Life Alignment reports and match explanations are guides to good conversations, not predictions.
Plans and payments
Joining is free. Premium is a paid, time-limited plan; prices are shown before you pay. Payments by UPI or bank transfer start once our team confirms them. See our refund policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and words. You allow us to show them to other members as your settings allow, and to moderate them.
Ending your account
You can pause or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts to protect members, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Liability and law
We provide the service with care but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for what members do or say, on or off the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
